Heather Smith
C.I.S.R/Office Manager
Heather has been with the agency for over 10 years. She has a remarkable knowledge of our policies and a willingness to help each client get the service they need. She recently became our office manager mainly because of her ability to learn, commitment to the agency and her drive to make sure each client has a wonderful customer service experience each time they are here.
Donna Theobald
C.I.S.R
Donna has been with the agency for nearly 20 years. Donna is a prime example of what it takes to have a long tenure at an agency. She is always willing to listen to a client and dig deep into policy language or put long hours in trying to find the answers. In addition to Farm Bureau products, Donna has a vast knowledge of our Community Service Acceptance Corporation (CSAC) products. This responsibility requires dealing with nearly 100 different companies to help the client pick what is best for them.
